This was the first time I had tried a detox with these specific ingredients. I didn't really know what to expect. I will admit the first day or two I was bloated, but I believe that was due to things inside me breaking down as eventually once everything passed I felt great. The bloating feeling, which is often common for me, went away and my system and digestion regulated to a normal schedule. I have not been on a normal schedule for as long as I can remember so that is great! It's easy to take and doesn't require anything from me. I have an autoimmune disease that causes ulcers in my stomach and intestine therefore I'm normally very healthy in my eating and exercise routine.
