I have made 2 orders and only received one. The other is held in customs requesting I pay to have them released. There is no one at Delgado Protocol returning my enquiries and emails. I have clients who paid a lot of money for supplements they desperately need but are unable to receive. I've already paid shipping costs when the items were purchased. Who is running this website? Why can't I get a response from anyone.
I'm now wondering if this is a scam. I will have to report this if I don't hear back.

In the future, we will purchase this product through an Amazon seller or buy the equivalent locally. The same thing is on the shelves at any supplement store. You've lost a family of customers.
